These terms apply to your use of this website, run by Kidlat Studio LLC ("Kidlat", "we"), a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, United States. By using the site, you accept them.

Client engagements (projects and retainers) are governed by a separate written agreement, not these terms. If anything here conflicts with a signed agreement, the agreement wins.

Everything on this site, from the copy to the design to the workflow descriptions, belongs to Kidlat. You can read it, share links to it, and quote it with attribution. You can't republish it wholesale or pass it off as your own.

Resources we publish under Tools & Templates are free for your own use, commercial or otherwise. Adapt them however you like. What you can't do is resell them, repackage them as your own product, or redistribute them as a collection.

The site's content is general information, not advice for your specific situation. Workflows and templates are provided as-is: they worked in the contexts we built them for, but we can't guarantee results in yours. Anything involving your pipeline, revenue, or data is your call and your responsibility until we're formally engaged under a client agreement.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Kidlat isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this site or its free resources. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited.

The site links to third-party tools (n8n, Clay, Apollo, Attio, HubSpot, and others). We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content, pricing, or conduct.

We may update these terms; the current version is always at this page with an updated date. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new version.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
