How it works
From audit to running workflow in under a month.
You work directly with the person building your workflows, and you can watch the build as it happens. Here's the process, step by step.
01
Audit
A 30-minute working session that ends in a written scope.
What happens
We go through your stack together: CRM, outreach tools, where data enters and where it dies. You show us how you find and close deals today. We map where leads are slipping.
What you get
A written scope: the first workflow we'd build, what it fixes, and the price. It's yours to keep, whether or not you go ahead.
Cost
Free. It's the same 30-minute call as the booking link on this site.
02
Build
You watch it get built and see it run before it goes live.
What happens
We build in n8n, connected to your CRM, outreach tool, and inbox. You can sit in on the build and ask questions while it takes shape.
What you get
A working workflow, tested on your data. Nothing touches your live pipeline until you've watched it run.
Timeline
A single workflow takes 3 to 5 days. A connected system of 3 to 5 workflows takes 2 to 4 weeks. Scope is agreed before we start and doesn't move mid-build.
03
Hand off
It runs in your account, documented, with or without us.
What you get
Documentation for every step, trigger, and decision point. The workflow in your n8n account, not ours. A walkthrough call so you can read it, run it, and change simple things yourself.
After handoff
No retainer needed to keep it running. If something breaks, the documentation tells you where to look. If you want us to keep building and maintaining, the retainer is $2,000/month.
What comes after
If you want to keep building, that's the retainer.
Some founders want one workflow fixed and that's it. Others want a GTM system built out and maintained over time.
The retainer covers the second group: $2,000/month, cancel any time. See pricing.
One new workflow per month
Ongoing maintenance and monitoring
Priority access for new requests
Quarterly stack review
