Kidlat Studio LLC ("Kidlat", "we") is a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, United States, that builds GTM automation workflows. We're the data controller for the personal data collected through this website.

Newsletter sign-up: your email address, when you submit it through the form on this site.

Booking a call: your name, email, and anything you choose to share when scheduling, handled through our scheduling provider.

Email: if you email us, we keep the correspondence.

Hosting logs: this site is hosted on Vercel, which processes standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) to serve and secure the site.

We don't currently run analytics or advertising trackers, and we don't set marketing cookies. If we add analytics later (we may add Google Analytics), we'll update this policy first and disclose what changes.

To send you the newsletter you signed up for, to run the calls you book, and to reply when you contact us. That's it. We don't sell personal data, and we don't share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Vercel hosts the site. Our scheduling and email newsletter providers process the data you submit through those flows on our behalf. We'll name them here once the tooling is finalized; in the meantime, we only work with providers under standard data-processing terms.

We're US-based, so data you submit is processed in the United States. If you're in the UK or EU, this means your data is transferred outside your region; we rely on our providers' standard contractual clauses for those transfers.

Newsletter emails: until you unsubscribe. Correspondence and booking records: as long as there's a working relationship or a legal reason to keep them, after which they're deleted.

You can ask us what data we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. If you're in the UK or EU, these are your rights under UK GDPR and GDPR; we honor the same requests from anyone, anywhere.

If this policy changes, the new version goes up on this page with an updated date. Material changes (like adding analytics) will be called out at the top.
