GTM automation for B2B founders
Your pipeline shouldn't depend on how much time you had this week.
We build automations that find, qualify, and prioritize the right leads for B2B founders who are still doing sales themselves.
See what we'd automate firstWho this is for
Built for the founder who ends the week with an empty pipeline, and a full schedule.
The work doesn't stop. It just never includes prospecting.
By the time you've handled clients and put out Monday's fire, the leads you meant to follow up with have been waiting a week.
That's not a motivation problem. That's a systems problem.
This is for you if:
You close at a high rate when you're in the right conversation. Getting to that conversation is the bottleneck.
Your CRM is either meticulously up to date or completely ignored. Never in between.
You know your ICP cold. You just haven't had time to build a reliable system around finding them.
You're not ready to hire an SDR, but pipeline can't stay the thing you do when nothing else needs you.
How it works
Audit to live workflow, usually inside a month.
01
Audit
A 30-minute working session on your actual stack: CRM, outreach history, where leads currently die. You leave with a written scope of the first workflow we'd build, what it fixes, and what it costs.
02
Build
We build the workflow in n8n, connected to the tools you already use. You can sit in on the build, ask questions, and watch it run on test data. Nothing touches your live pipeline until you've seen it work.
03
Hand off
The workflow runs in your n8n account, documented step by step, with a walkthrough call so you can read and update it yourself. It keeps running whether or not you ever pay us again.
Every engagement starts with the audit call.

The pieces of a pipeline that runs without you.
Signal Monitoring
We watch for the moments that make a company reachable: a new role, a funding round, a competitor mention, someone engaging with your posts. You get the lead while the timing still counts.

A name and a domain becomes a full picture: role, company size, stack, funding, contact details. Then we rank them, so the leads worth your week are at the top before you open your CRM.
Learn more →LinkedIn Content Automation
Keep showing up on LinkedIn without it eating your week. We turn your ideas, calls, and existing writing into drafts in your own voice, queued for you to approve and post.

Sequences that reference the real reason you're reaching out, not a first-name token. Built around how your good conversations start, so replies land in your inbox and you step in warm.

Questions founders actually ask.
Do I need to have a CRM already set up?
Not necessarily. If you have one, we'll build around it. If you don't, part of the audit is figuring out what you actually need, and we can help you configure the right one before we start building.
Can you work with the tools we already use?
Usually, yes. We build in n8n and connect it to whatever you run today. The most common connections are Apollo, Clay, Attio, and HubSpot. We only suggest adding a tool when there's a genuine gap, and we'll tell you that on the audit call before anything is built.
How quickly can we start?
The audit call can usually happen within the week you book it. Once the scope is agreed, a single workflow is typically live in 3 to 5 days, and a full connected system within a month.
Do we own the workflows you build?
Yes. Everything is built in your n8n account, on your credentials, and documented so you can read and run it without us. If we disappeared tomorrow, your workflows would keep running.
What if I want to change something after handoff?
Everything is documented and built in n8n, which you own outright. Simple changes you can make yourself with the documentation we leave you. If you want us to maintain and iterate on your behalf, that's what the retainer is for, but nothing breaks if you don't take it.
What's the difference between this and hiring an SDR?
An SDR is headcount you hire, train, and manage. Automation is a system you own. The workflow handles sourcing, list-building, and follow-up scheduling. You step in for the conversations, which is where your judgment wins deals anyway.
How are you different from a freelancer?
A freelancer builds what you ask for and moves on. We start earlier, by working out with you what should be built in the first place, and we stay available after handoff through the retainer. You also get someone who only builds GTM systems, so the expensive lessons were learned on earlier projects instead of on your pipeline.
What if I'm not technical?
You don't need to be. You'll understand everything that gets built because we build it transparently and document every piece. The only thing we need from you is context about how you currently find and close deals.
