LinkedIn Content Automation.

Founder-led sales runs on the founder being visible. This keeps you posting in your own voice without it swallowing your week: your ideas and calls turned into drafts, queued for you to approve and send.

The problem

The moment you get busy, you go quiet. And quiet kills inbound.

Your pipeline leans on your presence. People buy from the founder they have been reading for months, not a logo they met yesterday.

But writing consistently is the first thing to drop when clients need you. A few quiet weeks and the inbound thins out, right when you have no time to chase outbound to replace it.

This keeps the presence going without the daily blank page. The ideas are yours, the voice is yours, the approval is yours. The manual work is gone.

What we build

Call notes and transcripts turned into post drafts while the idea is fresh

Your long-form writing repurposed into LinkedIn posts

A scheduling queue so approved posts go out on a steady rhythm

Comment and DM triage, so real replies reach you and noise doesn't

Nothing posts as you without you. Every draft waits for your approval.

How it works

01

Capture your voice

We start from your existing posts and how you actually talk, so the drafts sound like you and not a template.

02

Feed it raw material

Calls, voice notes, half-written thoughts, existing articles. The workflow turns them into drafts you can edit in a click.

03

Approve and queue

You review each draft, tweak what you want, and drop it in the queue. Nothing goes out that you haven't seen.

04

Post and triage

Approved posts publish on schedule, and the workflow surfaces the comments and DMs worth your reply.

What you get

A consistent LinkedIn presence that doesn't depend on you having a free hour.

You keep showing up in your voice, on a steady schedule, in a fraction of the time it takes today. The presence that drives your inbound stops being the thing that slips.

Drafts generated in your own voice from your own material

A steady posting schedule you control

Approval on everything before it publishes

Comment and DM triage so warm replies reach you

Full documentation, and you own the workflow

Common questions

Will it sound like a bot wrote it?
It shouldn't, because it starts from your own words and past posts, and you approve every draft. It is closer to a writing assistant that does the first pass than a machine posting on its own.
Do posts go out automatically without me seeing them?
Only if you want that. The default is that every draft waits for your approval. Most founders keep it that way and use the automation to kill the blank page, not the control.
I don't have a content library. Can this still work?
Yes. Most of the raw material is stuff you already produce: sales calls, questions from prospects, opinions you repeat. The workflow captures those instead of asking you to write from scratch.
How much time does it actually save?
Most of the drafting and scheduling. You spend your time choosing ideas and approving drafts, which is minutes, instead of staring at a blank composer.

On the audit call we'll look at how you post now and where the drafting and scheduling can come off your plate. 30 minutes.
